1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DojoNinja, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the service. Continued use of DojoNinja constitutes acceptance of any updates or modifications to these terms.

2. Description of Service

DojoNinja is a cloud-based martial arts school management software platform. The service includes student management, attendance tracking, belt progression, billing and payments, SMS and email communications, scheduling, and reporting tools designed for martial arts school owners and administrators.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials. Each school is limited to one account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep your account information up to date. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

DojoNinja offers the following subscription plans:

All paid plans include a 14-day free trial. Billing is processed securely through Stripe. Cancellation requires 30 days written notice. Refunds are available within the first 7 days of a paid subscription; no refunds will be issued after that period.

5. SMS Messaging

SMS delivery is provided through Twilio. Schools using DojoNinja's SMS features are responsible for compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and all applicable messaging regulations. You must obtain proper consent from recipients before sending SMS messages. Standard messaging rates from your carrier may apply to recipients.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of DojoNinja is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your data and the data of your students. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details on how we collect, use, and safeguard information.

7. Intellectual Property

DojoNinja, including its name, logo, software, design, and all related marks, content, and materials, are the property of The Claw Empire LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the service without prior written consent.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon cancellation, your data will remain available for export for 30 days. After 30 days, your data may be permanently deleted from our systems. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

DojoNinja is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no guarantees regarding uptime, availability, or uninterrupted service. In no event shall The Claw Empire LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum aggregate liability is limited to the total fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding any claim.
